Returns Policy

We will make every effort to satisfy your order to the best of our ability, however, Inkjet Media NZ will accept returns on products/materials if the following criteria are met:

1.The product/material is returned within 14 days of customer receipt.
2.The product/material has not been used, cut, washed or otherwise tampered with.
