Delivery

We use NZ Couriers for our deliveries and you will automatically be emailed tracking details once your order has been collected.

Delivery in the Auckland region will be 1-2 days as long as the items are in stock. Delivery elsewhere in New Zealand (outside the Auckland area) will be approximately 2-3 days for in-stock items.

Please note we will make every effort to inform you if any items in your order are out of stock or if we anticipate any delays.

Returns Policy

We will make every effort to satisfy your order to the best of our ability, however, Inkjet Media NZ will accept returns on products/materials if the following criteria are met:

• The product/material is returned within 14 days of customer receipt.
• The product/material has not been used, cut, washed or otherwise tampered with.
